An evening of the exploration and experiencing the beauty of botanics in community.
We will begin by arranging botanics as a way of slowing down and listening. From there, we move into crafting simple botanical cocktails or mocktails, exploring plants as providers of nourishment, flavor, and sensory grounding. This workshop invites participants to experience botanics through sight, scent, taste, and touch, emphasizing care, balance, and the intelligence of natural ingredients.
This is a workshop about attention, enjoyment, and learning how small practices of of nourishment can bring us back to ourselves.
