Eat Like An Artist x Tiger Blossom: Self-Presence as a Present
Slow Art, Nourishment & Self-Presence
In life and especially this season that pulls our attention in every direction, we’re inviting you into a quieter kind of celebration, one where self-presence is the present.
Join us for an intimate experience at Folklore Studio in Laguna Beach with:
Eat Like An Artist — chef and creative Jo Situ, whose fresh California Chinese dishes celebrate the vitality of the cosmic and earthly frequencies.
Tiger Blossom — ikebana-inspired floral guide Aiyana Taylor, who weaves creativity, nature, and nervous system gentleness into slow art rituals.
The arc of the experience:
Seasonal brunch designed by Jo, inspired by place, story, and the textures of the land
Ikebana-inspired arranging practice with Aiyana, using a few simple materials to explore line, breath, and your own inner posture
We will explore the question:
What does it feel like to be fully with yourself, even for a moment, and how might that presence nourish everything else?
